The firm holds an impressive arbitration
and dispute resolution portfolio, representing clients before courts,
arbitration panels, and in settlement proceedings. The firm also advises on
all aspects of international ADR mechanisms such as the ICC, ICSID and
UNCITRAL. Such arbitration experience spans various fields, such as
construction, transport, chemical and pharmaceutical industries and
banking.
The senior partner, Omar Nabulsi served as a
conciliator and arbitrator on the Panel of the World Bank (ICSID) and also
as a chairman and member of a number of arbitral tribunals in several
international cases under the ICC Rules and UNCITRAL. He is currently a
member of the Board of the Arbitration System of the Euro-Arab Chambers of
Commerce.
