As one of Jordan's recently expanding fields of practice, privatization and finance projects constitute one of the firm's main focuses. The firm has been involved in numerous transactions covering equity, project finance, mergers and acquisitions and other infrastructure and utility privatization deals.

The services of the firm include legal advisory for conducting due diligence studies by comprehensively assessing the legal position of target companies. The firm also participates in take-over and merger negotiations, while drafting and advising on project documents and assisting in the legal and financial closing. This involves assessing various BOT and other PPP structures, and providing legal opinion on all laws governing the various aspects of privatization, including expropriation and environmental aspects.
