Mr. Haymour has headed our litigation department for over 8 years. His knowledge of the law and studious dedication has enabled him to successfully litigate and win almost 95% of cases handled by our firm. His specialization covers all civil matters, especially banking, insurance, aviation and commercial agency disputes.

Yousef is a member of our litigation department. He brings on impressive knowledge of real-estate and land related laws, with special emphasis on foreclosure and enforcement proceedings. He is also conversant with civil and commercial proceedings before all levels of courts in Jordan.

Reham spearheads our enforcement practice whereby she handles the execution of court decisions within our litigation department, she specializes in banking and loan enforcement proceedings.
