Mr. Zaid Nabulsi has been a partner in Nabulsi & Associates since 1994, and has been involved in all matters relating to corporate clients and foreign investment. Zaid advises on laws related to companies, employment, tax, banking, project finance and securities, among others. He has previously served as a Legal Officer in the United Nations Compensation Commission (Geneva, Switzerland). Zaid has been admitted to the Jordanian Bar Association in 1994 and holds an LL.B. from the University of Southampton, and an LL.M in International Business Law from the University of London.

Ms. Rand Hannun has joined the firm in 2008. Throughout her career, she has acquired extensive legal knowledge in areas of trade and investment policy, including free zones, investment laws, international trade agreements, trade and economic policy reforms in emerging economies Currently, Ms. Hannun is involved in areas of corporate law, taxation, banking and finance, labor and privatization. Rand has been admitted to the Jordanian Bar Association in 2001, and holds an LL.B. from the University of Jordan, and an LL.M in International Business Law from the University of London.
